CONDITIONS
You can exchange or return a product within 14 days after receiving it (“Right of Withdrawal”). All we ask is that you return the item(s) in the original, saleable condition (unworn), and with the original packaging and labeling intact. All sales on discounted items are final. You can’t return or exchange discounted items.
In case of a return, we will refund you the full amount a.s.a.p. (latest within 7 days) after receiving it. The refund will be made to the same (bank-)account the original payment was received from. All return shipments and shipping costs are at the responsibility of the sender. Initial free shipping charges may be withheld in the case of an invalid return. We advise you to use a postal service with track & trace. X21 Webshop cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. X21 Webshop reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items, which X21 Webshop can confirm as new and unused, will be eligible for a return or exchange.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange a product within 14 days after receiving it. Just send an e-mail to support@x21.nl with the following details: your order number, which item you’d like to exchange and which item you would like in return. We’ll then get back to you a.s.a.p. with instructions.
All return shipments and shipping costs are at the responsibility of the sender. Once we received the item you would like to exchange, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.
